We spend 30 minutes on Zoom talking about your workday. The real one, not the one you chat about in your performance review. The habit of checking emails as soon as your eyes are open, the plan for the day that blows up by 9.05am, the constant dread.
Then I do the thing I've done for almost a decade: help you spot the way of working that's running your day. You might privately call it your "failing", but it isn't one. It's usually one of a handful of ways of working I see over and over, and one conversation is enough to work out which one is yours.
