What To Do On Frantic Days

Getting caught up in the frantic feelings of the day is easy to do, but it feels AWFUL.

How can you make every booked activity intentional if your schedule is packed?

Some ideas:

  1. Don't 'quickly' look at your phone between every meeting (it never relaxes you)

  2. Take 3 minutes to set up for the task (grab some water, get the pen and notebook you need)

  3. Create a “parking lot” for other urgent tasks that come into your mind as the day goes on so you’re less distracted
