THE EXECUTIVE EDIT

Become the woman who is on top of her work, succeeds in her career and has the time and energy to enjoy the rest of her life

The Executive Edit

The 12 week private coaching program for high-performing women who feel like work is consuming their life – you want to feel in control of your work, trust yourself to handle whatever’s next and have the rest of your life back.

START WITH A COFFEE CHAT

You're in back-to-back meetings, your inbox is out of control and there are at least 12 things that have been sitting on your list for three weeks. Every time you see them, you shudder and feel that familiar wave of shame.

Your day doesn't feel like your own. Everything is urgent, everything feels important and you're always trying to catch your tail.

You told someone you'd have that piece of work to them Friday. Now it's Friday morning and you still haven't found the time… again.

And you’re carrying all this around in your head.

“I'm not in control of work, work is controlling me. Everything is urgent. If I try and make a plan it's out the window. I can never close anything off.”

— Senior Leader, Professional Services

And yet – you're working super hard.

You're polished, put together, you lead meetings, you make decisions, you get things done. Nobody sees a thing from the outside.

You've risen through the ranks. You've been promoted. People think you're great at your job.

So why does it feel like you're barely keeping up?

Somewhere underneath all this, you’re thinking:

How did I get this high up? When are they going to realise I'm making it up as I go?

At 6pm you meet the girls for drinks. One sip of a spicy marg in, that flicker of relief doesn't last long. You’ve got a few more hours of work waiting for you tonight and you need to be sharp by 7am tomorrow.

You shouldn't have to live in a constant state of internal emergency to keep succeeding at work.

And you probably tell yourself the problem is you – that you’re not quick enough, not strategic enough, not disciplined enough. That’s absolutely not true. The problem isn't that you don't know how to work hard or get things done.

The problem is that the way you've learned to succeed – being available, picking things up, making it work, getting things done at 11pm – isn't sustainable anymore.

Imagine if work could feel different

〰️

Imagine if work could feel different 〰️

Imagine having your day back.

Imagine

Waking up at 6am on a weekday, heading out for a walk before anyone else is up, feeling proud you’ve had an active start to your day.

  • Getting ready

  • Coffee in hand

  • Walking into the office dressed up and confident

  • Feeling dressed for success, not just surviving the morning.

Walking into the 9am meeting already prepared and speaking up with the answer instead of watching someone else get credit for it.

Closing your laptop at 5pm with a clean desk, knowing exactly what to expect tomorrow, and actually letting the work day go.

Getting to Friday and feeling the week close, with focus time on the weekend only if you choose it, not because anything’s spilled over.

An evening that's active – exercising, catching up with friends, family time.

This is all completely possible for you inside The Executive Edit

Introducing: The Executive Edit

The Executive Edit is 12 weeks of private coaching where we work on your actual workload, your thinking and the way your work days are going – so you can get on top of everything. you'll learn to close the laptop at 5pm, without feeling like something is going to fall apart, looking like you're slacking off or losing the edge that got you here in the first place.

This isn't another productivity system, planner or a list of things you should start doing (you've probably tried all of them). Something's actually broken – and it's not uncommon and it's not your fault.

when everything hits at once, your Panicking Brain takes over. You react. Everything becomes urgent. The plan goes out the window. You pick things up yourself. You push through. Inside The Executive Edit, we get your Planning Brain back in charge. You learn how to decide what's important, what can wait, what needs to move, what you can delegate – and what to do when there genuinely isn't enough capacity. You don't need to become less ambitious. You don't need to care less about your career. You need a way of working that lets you stay on top of things and still have a life.

PHASE 1

REVIEW IT

Find Out What’s Actually Getting In The Way

HOW WE DO IT

In our first month together, we'll look at your real working life – your workload, your calendar, all the competing priorities and why you always feel behind.

We'll map your workload into your calendar and work out what's actually feasible this week, this month and this quarter.

You’ll know what's yours to get done, what can be delegated, what needs to move and where you need to have a capacity conversation.

And we'll look at something most productivity programs never cover: what happens in your brain when the plan goes awry.

Because when you're constantly reacting, everything starts to feel urgent. You lose the space to think strategically. You jump between tasks. You work yourself into the ground with ridiculous deadlines.

We'll find the pattern underneath that – and once you can see what's actually happening, you can finally stop blaming yourself for why the plan keeps failing.

Then we start creating the kind of week you've been trying to have for years: focused work you actually finish, proper breaks and enough space to think ahead. That might mean 90 minutes to two hours of protected focus time to plan the next quarter, batch performance reviews, write that process or finally finish the report that's been hanging around for weeks.

We'll work out how to close the gap between the woman skipping lunch every day hunched over her computer and the version who'd love to be sipping her latte and eating her salad outside at a cafe.

PHASE 2

Rewire It

Change What’s Driving The Way You Work

Underneath the overwhelm are beliefs that have been running your work life for many years:

“I can't burden my team.”
“Saying it's going to slip looks so bad.”
“I do more than what's practical.”
“If I don’t keep up, they’ll regret putting me in this role.”

We pull those beliefs apart and start testing what happens when you don't automatically believe them.

Can you delegate without feeling guilty?
Can you say a deadline needs to move without deciding you've failed?
Can you stop treating every request as urgent?
Can you take a proper break without feeling like you should be doing more?

This is where your Planning Brain starts becoming your default.

You'll find yourself making decisions faster, focusing on the most important work, taking proper breaks without guilt and getting things done without needing panic to make you do it.

The goal isn't to think positively. It's to trust yourself enough to respond differently when work gets messy.

PHASE 3

Now we cement it into your everyday life.

This is you getting home in time for bedtime instead of walking in as the last parent through the door.

This is no longer feeling that itch to quickly check Slack over dinner.

This is standing up in the meeting and whiteboarding the answer, instead of watching someone else do it while you sit there knowing you had it first.

This is a full night's sleep – no 3am spiral going over a message you later realised meant nothing (and was not worth losing precious sleep over).

This is your internal voice going from mean to motivating – so instead of grinding yourself down all day, you're actually cheering yourself on.

This is you making clear-headed decisions about your career – whether to change roles, change companies or push for the promotion – from a place of self-trust, not panic.

This is your family getting the version of you that isn't half-present, jaw clenched, still mentally at your desk.

You're not trying to keep all of it together anymore – this is just how you work. You’re no longer behind. You’re on top of things.

Rebuild It

Make This Your New Way of Working

Imagine trusting yourself again.

You make a plan – and know you’ll follow through. Something unexpected lands – and instead of spiralling, you adjust, you use your Plan B, you keep going.

And that kind of self-trust starts to shine through in the way you show up. You make decisions more confidently. You speak up. You stop second-guessing yourself.

You know: “I've got this.”

"I value myself more – it genuinely makes me emotional to think about it. I've consistently put myself first for 12 weeks straight. I know what I want, I treat myself better, and the limiting beliefs I started with barely show up anymore."

— Founder

and soon…

You walk down the street thinking:

I've done everything I need to do today. And I can have that second spicy marg if I want to.

By the end of the program you’ll have:

A closed computer at 5pm

And the laptop will stay closed. Family time is family time.

Uninterrupted sleep

No waking up at 3am replaying the day or worrying about what you didn't get done.

Time with your kids

Feeling more relaxed in the mornings, getting them out the door more easily and feeling present at bedtime instead of hurrying through it to get back to the laptop.

A real lunch break

You read your Kindle, you don't check Teams while you're on your lunch break, you get fresh air.

The confidence to delegate

You trust your team, make the call and stop carrying everything yourself.

Space for your personal life

More movement, proper breaks and time for friends, fun, rest and the things that matter to you.

And most importantly, you’ll have yourself back.

You won't need to become less ambitious. You won't need to care less about your career.

But you will know what's important, how to follow through and what to do when the goalposts shift.

And being on top of everything will feel like absolute freedom.

Women who’ve done it

“I went from being convinced they'd regret putting me in this role – to people wanting to join my team.”

— Anna, chief operating officer

“Instead of working late and getting home after 7pm every night, I'm home by 6pm at least three nights a week. The coaching has been empowering and validating.”

— Melissa, senior accountant

“I was so overwhelmed with life and work, I couldn't see my way through. Now I've got the ability to say no and set clear boundaries – which means I actually have time at home, and down time.”

— Emma, Regional Sales Manager

You don't need to become less ambitious to get your life back.

I've been the woman sitting in the meeting.

I’m Georgie. I spent over 15 years in corporate leadership before I became a coach – managing global teams in tech, working for some of the most prestigious educational publishers in the world and getting promoted three times after coming back from maternity leave part-time (which the bros did not love).

I've been the woman sitting in the meeting, carrying an impossible workload, trying to hold everything together and wondering how the hell everyone else seemed to be coping.

I've cried in a boardroom. I've managed huge teams. I've dealt with client escalations, complex projects, politics and all the rest that comes with being senior.

And I've learned what it takes to stay calm when everything hits at once – without dropping the ball or sacrificing your life to keep up.

For the last 10 years, I’ve coached senior professional women through exactly that. COOs, CCOs, Heads of Sales – women who were brilliant at their jobs but exhausted by the way they were having to do them. The same women who left the chaotic notebooks and the 3am wake ups behind.
