It’s a three month partnership for you to create lasting calm, confidence and a life you love – one coaching session at a time.

Month 1: The Reset

You’ve decided you’re ready to stop feeling behind and get your schedule working for you.

We’ll clear the mental load together, take the pressure off and create simple routines that make life feel calmer.

Your mornings will run more smoothly, work will feel more focused and your evenings will be calm. You’ll start to feel like yourself again.

Month 2: The Follow Through

You’ve found your rhythm, now it’s time to keep it going.

This month is about trusting yourself to stick with what’s working, without adding extra tasks.

We’ll work together to set some work and home boundaries and you’ll learn how to get back on track quickly when things get chaotic.

Month 3: Integration & Confidence

This is where everything clicks.

You’ve built habits that support you, your days are running more smootly and you actually have energy left at the end of the week!

We’ll fine tune what’s working, drop what’s not and strengthen that quiet confidence that you can handle whatever comes up in the future.

You finish the 3 months feeling balanced, proud and in control of your life again.

In just 12 weeks, you’ll:

  • Stop feeling so scattered and frantic, and actually feel on top of things day to day.

  • Have a weekly schedule that makes more sense: no more multitasking yourself into the ground or ending every day thinking, “Why do I feel so behind?”

    The purpose of the call is to give you a real idea of what it’s like to be coached by me, offer some immediate steps forward and answer any questions you have about working together more deeply.
