This month is about building trust with yourself.

We work on boundaries, on getting back on track quickly when things go sideways, and on quieting the inner critic that's been driving you into the ground.

Month 3: Integration & Confidence

This is where everything clicks.

Your prefrontal cortex is running your life now. Your days feel deliberate instead of reactive. You have energy left at the end of the week – actual energy.

We fine tune what's working, drop what's not and you finish knowing you can handle whatever comes next.
