Hi, I’m Georgie.

I work with high-achieving women who are spectacular at their lives and absolutely exhausted by them.

I became a coach in 2016 because I kept watching the same thing happen to women around me.

Brilliant, capable, ambitious women who were holding everything together at work and at home. They were being pulled in to fix projects, manage people, pick up the pieces. Everyone was leaning on them and they were quietly falling over.

I found the key to create change – the reason your week keeps getting away from you has nothing to do with being more disciplined or creating the perfect Trello board.

It's your primitive brain.

The part designed to keep you alive in an emergency – which, as far as it's concerned these days, is your 47 unread emails, the Slack message from your manager and the school pickup you're running late for.

It panics, reacts, catastrophises. It keeps you extremely busy, always feeling behind and never quite ahead. Exhausting.

Your prefrontal cortex – the calm, deliberate, "I've actually got this" version of you – is still in there. She just needs to become the norm, and that’s what I teach you in coaching.

What my clients say

"I'd be so ashamed if when I die all people could say is she was a hard worker and gave her all to her employers." — Mel

"I don't recognise the woman who started this program. I used to spiral for days. Now I catch it in minutes." — T

"After that session I felt like I could breathe again." — Emma

How We Can Work Together

More About Me

I live in Melbourne with my family. I walk along the river at lunch, go to an 80s dance class every week and love pinot noir and a cheese board.

I built my coaching practice because I kept watching extraordinary women not get the support they deserved. I'm glad you found your way here.
