Hi, I’m Georgie.
I became a coach because I kept meeting the same woman.
She worked in different industries, had different job titles and completely different lives.
But she always said some version of the same thing.
"I'm constantly chasing my tail."
"Everything feels urgent."
"I just need to get on top of things."
One woman was convinced they'd regret promoting her. Another said, "I'm suffocating."
They all thought they had different problems.
They didn't.
They were incredibly capable women carrying the weight of everything and quietly wondering how much longer they could keep doing it.
Most women come to me convinced they have a workload problem.
Too much work, too many competing priorities, not enough time.
After coaching women for almost a decade, I'm not convinced that's what's actually going on.
What I see instead is women treating everything like an emergency, carrying responsibility for everyone around them and spending so much time thinking about work that they never really leave it.
If you're reading this thinking, "Oh God, that's me” – you’re in the right place.
You need a different relationship with the work that's already there.
That's the work we do together.
What my clients say
"I'd be so ashamed if when I die all people could say is she was a hard worker and gave her all to her employers." — Mel
"I don't recognise the woman who started this program. I used to spiral for days. Now I catch it in minutes." — T
"After that session I felt like I could breathe again." — Emma
How We Can Work Together
Most women start with a Strategy Call.
One conversation is usually enough for us to work out what's actually going on.

More About Me
I live in Melbourne with my family. I take lunch breaks and a walk along the river every day, I take me time at my 80s dance class every week and like to wrap up a successful week with a Pinot Noir and a cheese board.
I built this coaching practice because I got tired of watching extraordinary women carry the weight of everything on their own. I'm glad you found your way here.
