My All-Time Favourites

We are into August, and one of my goals this month is to reduce all the information inputs that fly at me all day, every day. Instagram Reels, podcasts, Slack and WhatsApp dings all day... (thank god I don't have TikTok).

I don't know about you, but it makes it tricky for me to focus on work and being present with V.

But because I love to learn and read, I do often get asked for recommendations that will help with time management, planning, and more.

So I compiled a (pretty concise!) list for you of my favourite:
