Power Hour: How 60 minutes with me will help your daily productivity

Fridays have always bee my toughest day of the work work.

I swing between panicking that I won’t get all my tasks done before the weekend and having that fun Friday feeling of “it’s nearly wine time” that leaves me really distracted.

A couple of months back, I was struggling on a particular Friday. 

I had that panicked, scattered feeling that meant I wasn’t able to focus on anything properly, and instead kept finding myself by the fridge or scrolling IG to avoid my to-do list.
