The other night I was standing in the kitchen exhausted – dirty school lunchbox, dirty coffee frother (hell at night!) and just wanting to eat all the snacks and relax.
But I know myself: if I leave it all, tomorrow-me will be twice as frazzled... so instead of collapsing on the couch (tempting), I did my quick 7 minute reset.
I put on a podcast and did the dishes, wrote down my top three for tomorrow, did a quick tidy of the bench.
And you know what? The next morning felt amazing.
