Exhuasted and Overstretched?

I really hate that this time of year feels so… yuck for women.

It’s another perfect example of how the patriarchy still expects women to hold everything, isn’t it?

We’re crawling toward the end of the year and suddenly everyone wants to catch up “before Christmas.”

One of my clients said it perfectly:

“I’m still going to be alive in January. I’m not disappearing in a puff of smoke.” Lol.

And then there’s the kids’ wrap-up chaos, early finishes at school, concerts, gift buying, food prep, groceries, mental load… all stacked on top of your actual life.

It should be a fun, sparkly season – but most women I talk to can barely enjoy it.

They’re losing it in the mornings, snapping at their kids, trying to keep up with end-of-year deadlines because every client or coworker wants things done before the break these days. There’s pressure to volunteer as “skeleton staff” even while you’re supposedly on leave. And by December? Everyone’s eating more, drinking more, out of routine and wondering why they feel like crap.

Meanwhile, your partner is probably sipping a beer or playing golf. (Sorry, guys.)

Which is why – ironically – this is the perfect time of year to think about yourself.

Coaching doesn’t take a lot of time.

It’s literally one hour every two weeks – and it changes everything.

And the women I’m working with right now are saying things like:

  • “Everything’s finally on my calendar and suddenly I have free time.”

  • “I actually know when I’m doing the grocery shopping.”

  • “I’m not forgetting school stuff or doing things last minute.”

  • “I’m not drowning in WhatsApp group messages anymore.”

  • “We even scheduled a date night so we still like each other by January.”

They feel like they can breathe again.

Instead of thinking, “There’s something wrong with me... I should be enjoying this time,” they actually are enjoying it. No more should-ing all over themselves.

Take this as your sign to book a discovery call.

We’ll talk through what’s going on for you, I’ll coach you a little so you can start making changes immediately and you’ll know exactly what working together would look like.

I only have a couple of spots left before the end of the year, and this truly is the ideal moment to start – so you can head into January already feeling like you’ve made your shifts for 2026.
